چکیده
Abstract Thermoregulating composites were produced by using a thermoregulating slurry (NPCS) containing nanoencapsulated phase change material (NPCM) from poly(styrene-co-divinylbenzene) as shell and the commercial paraffin Rubitherm®RT27 core material. These synthesized constitutive water of setting changing NPCM/Hemihydrate (NPCM/Hem) mass ratio within 0.0–0.41. It was found that nanoparticles uniformly dispersed into gypsum, gypsum crystal morphology tuned addition slurry. Attending to thermal properties, these materials can work either insulating or energy storage materials, decreasing conductivity up ~ 50%, whereas (TES) capacity is enlarged in 140%, respect pure when maximum NPCM/Hem used. This composite had latent heat 30.2 J g −1 equivalent 3.5 K . Composites 0.15 satisfied European mechanical standard EN 13,279–1 for binders plasters all them, presented bulk density higher than 0.60 cm −3 The 41% nanocapsules allowed save 13.5 kWh m and, reducing CO 2 emissions 3.4 kg per operating cycle. use this new would lead significant economic savings, well considerable reduction emission polluting gases atmosphere.

Off - Peak Cooling Using Phase Change Material
The electric utilities in the United States are faced with continued rapid growth in electrical demand. The traditional response to growth in demand has been the expansion of generating capacity. However , economic, environmental, and scheduling constraints will combine to make adequate expansion difficult, if not impossible, in the 1980's. This thesis examines load management as an alternative...
متن کاملMicroencapsulation of Butyl Stearate as Phase Change Material by Melamine Formaldehyde Shell for Thermal Energy Storage
Butyl stearate as a phase change material was microencapsulated within melamine-formaldehyde resin using emulsion polymerization. Morphology and thermal specification of produced microcapsules were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, FT-IR, scanning electron microscopy, SEM, and Differential scanning calorimetry analysis, DSC. FT-IR spectra validated the existence of the butyl s...
متن کاملEffect of Using Nano Encapsulated Phase Change Material on Thermal Performance of Micro Heat Sink
The aim of this paper is to enhance thermal performance of a microchannel heat sink by using nanoencapsulated phase change material (NEPCM) slurry as a cooling fluid instead of pure fluid. A threedimensional model of a circular channel using water slurry of NEPCM was developed. The results show a significant reduction in the mean fluid temperature along the channel and heat sink wall temperatu...
متن کاملFabrication and Properties of Micro-Nanoencapsulated Phase Change Materials for Internally-Cooled Liquid Desiccant Dehumidification
Micro-nanoencapsulated phase change materials (M-NEPCMs) are proposed to be useful in liquid desiccant dehumidification by restraining the temperature rise in the moisture-removal process and improving the dehumidification efficiency. In this paper, the n-octadecane M-NEPCMs with desirable thermal properties for internally-cooled dehumidification were fabricated by using compound emulsifiers th...
